What did they do to them?
We booked a short 3 night stay at SSR for Memorial Day weekend and the "newer" pullout sofa in the room was terrible.
My son has slept on the DVC pullout for years. And he is usually ok.
This one has a grid pattern as part of the base and its horribly uncomfortable.
He wound up folding the sofa back up and just sleeping on the couch, which wasn't that comfortable either.
We have recently stayed at Kidani and BLT within the last 6 months and neither of their pullouts were like this.
I probably will avoid SSR in the future if my son is with us, so he won't be abused by the couch.
Other than this, our stay has been fine.
We got Grandstand, which we love for its location.
We are wondering if this couch was damaged and poorly repaired, or are they all like this?
