SSR, OKW or AKJ for honeymoon?

Hello!

I've never stayed at a Disney resort and am trying to choose which of these three resorts to stay in for my honeymoon. My husband and I are in our 20's, if that helps in making a recommendation.

Which of these, from your experience, is best and why?

I'm taking into consideration rooms, food, experiences, location etc.

Anything that would be useful, I would appreciate it!

Of those three, Jambo is our favorite. The resort is amazing with the views of the animals. That being said, currently nothing is open at Jambo except the DVC rooms and the pool, so if your honeymoon is soon that is not ideal.

We love the theming at OKW and many of their rooms have peaceful water and golf course views. If you can swing a one-bedroom, their bathtubs are the best on property, big enough for two. In fact. it's probably big enough for 4! They do have a boat to Disney Springs, but it is not currently operating.

Saratoga is beautiful and they have recently refurbished a number of their rooms. Several of their building are an easy walk to Disney Springs, so if you are planning a lot of time there, Saratoga is a good choice.

Until AKL opens, Jambo won't have much open other than the pool. No store, no Mara, no Boma, no Jiko and maybe no lounge. SSR is walking distance to Disney Springs and depending on when you plan on going, most of the resort will have completed renovations. OKW gives you lots of space and dining at Olivia's (good food and comfy setting). Most of the OKW villas don't have elevators, so plan on taking stairs if you are on the second or third floor.
