SSR Dues

Has anyone who owns at SSR gotten any information regarding when the first dues and/or mortgage payments are due. Originally, I thought they said May, but I never heard anything else from them.

nope, haven't heard anything yet... we bought last nov, bldg 2a. boy, i guess i should be sending them a voided check pretty soon, so they can start taking the payments out then!! i am suprised that we haven't received anything stating that they never got one!! that will be going out tomorrow!!!

Thank you. My problem is I already own and they cheerfully take the money for my dues out each month. I just want to make sure I have enough in it to cover the new debit from them. I'm going to assume nothing will happen out of the normal on May 1st.

I will say I have never had any problems with them taking the money out of my account. (Just have to make sure I have the $$$ in their to cover the payment)

We bought @ SSR in Oct.`03, Building 2A also. When we signed all the initial papers, we sent a voided check in ( It was required @ that time ), if we wanted payments to be directly debited.

We called our Guide (Michelle), last week to ask what we should expect now, and she said that we have nothing further to do. She suggested that we call member services in may ,about the Dues Debit ,( we might just pay it totally for the first year up front), as far as the loan payment, we`re not sure. I thought she mentioned that 2A will open June 7th.
I suggest that you call your guide, and I hope this info helped ,(alittle anyway)!

I own in Building 2 and my first payment is due July 1st, it says the amount on the contract. The estimated closing date is May 1st for my contract.

We added on SSR in October and I called MS the other day. My 1st loan payment will be deducted on 5/15 but she could not tell me about the dues. She says the deed has to be recorded 1st and then they will be able to give me a dues amount.

I called today. My mortgage payment will be payable 6/1. I'm probably going to pay it off, but I'll let them take the first payment out and then call to may the payment.

They could not tell me what the dues would be yet.
