SSR- Current walkway status to DTD

I will be staying at SSR in a couple of weeks and wondered if anyone knew the current status for a walkway to Downtown Disney. Can you still walk to Market Place from Congress Park? Is the new bridge completed yet?

Which walkway was open? Was it the one to Market Place or West Side?

The "walkway" to the Marketplace is just a sidewalk along Buena Vista Dr. The bridge from near Congress Park to the Marketplace is not yet open.

The bridge from near the Carriage House to the West Side has remained open during the construction.

There is boat service to DTD West Side from the boat dock near the Carriage House.

It's about a 20 min walk to the Marketplace using the sidewalk along Buena Vista Dr.

The new bridge opened today. Guests are posting pictures on facebook and reporting they walked across it. The new boat dock for the DTD Marketplace is also open.

I couldn't find any sites that showed any photos on FB. Of course, I am a real novice on finding anything on FB. I cannot wait to see what it looks like finished. If anyone is going to SSR soon, please post photos here soon. Thanks.

The Bridge [walkway] from east end of SSR to the Market place is now open.
