SSR cost?

Could anyone tell me the current cost of buying at SSR. Are there any discounts currently? TIA.

SSR is regularly $98 per point, with a 150 point minimum (meaning prices start at $14,700).

There is a current 15% off friends & family incentive that ends on January 15. So, SSR is $83.30 per point (prices start at $12,495).

In order to get the incentive, you need to have the name of a member to refer you. If you want to use me, pm me and I'll give you my info so you can get the discount.

Thanks for the reply. We had hoped to tour SSR in May 2006 on our next vacation but, maybe it would be better to do it sight-unseen.

We had done a DVC tour back in March 2004 but the funds weren't there. Our guide got in touch with us again in March 2005, and we did it, buying SSR sight unseen, based on the web site pictures and our impression from our initial tour. If you like Disney and believe that they do a quality job, you won't be disappointed. We had our first trip home in Nov 2005 and we had a great time...planning our return trip for May 2006. Fingers crossed. Good luck with whatever you decide.

That's about what happened to us! We bought this summer at SSR without seeing the resort but figured-it was Disney! We toured in August and loved it. Can't wait to stay there!
