SSR - Congress Park - which view do you like better?

When staying in Congress Park do you like:

a) The view of DTD...

...or...

b) An upper floor view of the quiet pool & DTD?

I was just wondering which would be better if both are available when we check in.

both and since this is the most requested area of SSR, I truly don't think you will have a choice.

Sammie, when I look at a map of SSR, it only shows the sections of Congress Park, the Springs, and the Paddocks. However, I read about the Carousel and Grandstand sections. Could you tell me where these sections are being built?

Here is the new map with Carousel and Grandstand. Carousel is on your left just as you enter the property with the two buildings. The bus stop for Carousel is directly in front of the first Paddock building and the first stop on the bus loop.

Grandstand will be four buildings and is your right as you enter the property. This area will have a new swimming pool, etc.

I liked the view of the pool, lake and DTD from congress from top floor. If the jacuzzi was full of kids or smokers I would wait 30 min and then it would be clear before walking down there.. Also only 100 yard walk or less to the congress area bus stop. But the 'main' pool, spa, and food court are a ways away... You really appreciate the quality dual pane sliding glass door windows when the pleasure island music is playing and you close the door and you hear... nothing...

we have had both views and like both equally. I like Congress Park because you are able to walk to DTD and not have to deal with the parking lot or bus.

I vote DTD...beautiful when lit up at night.
