hi we have 4 studios booked under 2 seperate members/bookings however we are all travelling together - wondering what are best chances are of getting the 4 rooms in the same section/block? hoping for either congress or grandstand - are we setting our hopes to high to get the section off our choice and 4 rooms in 1 block????

Call member services and give them the confirmation numbers so they can link them. We had 3 studios the night before we checked into a GV. We had requested Congress Park. We were all in the same building on the same floor. It worked out well.

thanks for your reply! would be so much easier if we are all in the same block -not necasary that we are all on the same floor just close to each other

If there are at least 8 of you, register as a magical gathering. Then add the number to all the reservations. We've had very good luck doing this.

thanks for that advice figment2 - can you give me more info on the magical gathering - how do you reg what is it? theres 8 adults and 2 children going
