Does anyone know if you can refill your mug at the main pool or any of the quiet pools? Planning our first trip and will get the refilling mugs but since I will be just coming out of some surgery I don't want to have to walk too far for them.

I think you can only get refills at Artist Pallette. Maybe the Turf Club and maybe the pool bar at the main pool. Leisure pools - no. Just fill up your refrigerator with all your beverage needs and skip the refillable mug.
