Sr Trouble Ticket ???

How long after you fill out a trouble ticket do you get a response?

I signed up for efax around the first of the month and still have not gotten credit so I filled out a trouble ticket on the 12th and was just wondering if I did it correct since I have not heard anything..
 
We read all of the trouble tickets within about 5 minutes (literally) of when we get them. Some take longer than others to research. The great thing about the Trouble Ticket system as opposed to emails is that you can always go in and verify that your ticket is still in there and that we have it. If you can see it open from the Trouble Ticket page, you did it right. :)

My contact for efax is actually out of the office this week (that would be from the 12th to the 15th) so that is why nothing would have happened on that one. But hopefully we will be able to hear back early next week.

I've actually noticed a lot of people taking vacation this week in the industry. I don't know if it is spring break or March Madness or early St. Patty's day fests, but it seems like a lot of my contacts are out a good deal of this week.
 
I still have some that I submitted on the 9th that I haven't heard anything about. Keeping my fingers crossed that they get resolved! I could really use the missing credit to hit supermember status. I can only imagine the number of trouble tickets that come in daily!
