Did anyone else do this one?? I received credit and then I called and cancelled my membership. I did not return any product as it said it was free - just pay shipping. Well now my CC was charged $54.95:eek:  Of course it is the weekend and no one is available! Was I suppose to return the product to not be charged?!?!

Ellen

PS - This is why I was so nervous about doing these offers!

Was it the Super Food X vitamins? I tried it. You did have to return 1/2 the bottle if you did not want it within, I think, 30 days. I was interested in it, hoping it would help my Fibromyalgia, but haven't notice a difference. I called and they ended up letting me keep the bottle for $29.00,which was fine because I wanted to keep using it hoping it would give me more energy, etc. If you didn't return it, you would be charged $54 every month, I believe.

Good luck.

I copied the terms and conditions for you. I did this one too and I really liked the vitamins, although I didn't continue with the membership. It ended up costing me $7.95 S/H to send the half empty bottles back though, so this one isn't worth it for anyone who isn't interested in the vitamins.
Sorry you got stuck paying so much for them. I'm always afraid that I'll miss something or forget to do something on an offer and it will happen to me too.

Thanks for the replies! I called the company on Saturday and left a message and they called me back today! The guy was real polite and said I should have been asked/told to return any left over product when I called and cancelled. Since I was not told this (ok and I didn't read the fine print very well) he gave me a return number and said I could still return it and get a credit back! So I am off to mail back my empty bottles.
Thanks again!
Ellen
