has anyone done the emusic one yet? I cannot find the where/how to cancel. Hoping it is an online one

I have read the terms and cannot find out how you cancel. Must be one of those that does not disclose that until you sign-up.

I think I signed up for an eMusic offer way back when I first started SR, & it never credited, so I'm a little leary of this one. If I hear it is tracking well I'll give it a try. So who is our guinea pig for this one??

I haven't done emusic from SR, but did it through MyPoints a long time ago. It cancels online. Their music selection stinks :)

I signed up this afternoon and installed the download software. I haven't had a chance to look at the music yet.

I see a place to cancel online.

No credit yet.

I do remember doing something like this once. My notebook is in my desk at work. I'll have to look it up tomorrow.

I think I did it through SR a long time ago. It credited but you are right, the music selection stinks!

I signed up yesterday afternoon and received credit this morning. Also, I did see that you can cancel online. It's under subscription, then change account status. Hope this helps!!

yep, same for me.

I signed up yesterday afternoon and had my SR credit this morning. I downloaded about 20 songs before cancelling and gave up trying to find 75 songs that I would like. Not only does the music selection stink, the quality of the tracks is just terrible. You have to install a download manager program on your computer. I ran a virus scan overnight and a spyware removal tool this morning and it didn't seem like there was anything installed other than the usual cookies and adaware that my computer picks up everyday, but I'd recommend everybody do that just in case.

My credit card was charged .99 - so basically a $2 profit.

Just what I was looking for. I saw it this morning and read the T & C and was wondering how it cancelled. Thanks!

Be careful on cancelling too fast. Remember that some of these companies watch what you do in the first couple of days after you sign up. If we have everyone cancelling too fast, they have the right to either 1) not pay me for the signups, or 2) pull the offer really quick so that no one else can do it.

That's what happened with Romeo awhile back. They saw too many people cancelling so they put a bunch of restrictions in place (no cash back incentives, no credit if people cancelled in first 48 hours, etc).

Did most of you get credit pretty quickly on this one? I haven't gotten a credit yet & just wondered since some seemed to get it overnight.

Thanks for this reminder. I've been trying to wait on any of my offers until the last 3 days or so before something expires....
