SR site down?? - updated - it's back!

Was away from my computer for a few hours and tried to sign onto SR. Getting a "403 forbidden..." error message. Is it my computer or is somone else having problems??

It's back! Got "403..." message 4 times, various other error messages a couple of times (..no data...), and then I was able to sign in a few minutes later.

I got the same message. It was only for a few minutes. There may have been work being done to update the site or an issue with the server.

I was doing my morning "surf" and stumbled on the "Rewards" topic.

At the risk of sounding stupid.... Is this the Disney Rewards Visa card from Chase or something else? I'm reading about offers and surveys and don't have a clue. Could comeone please fill me in? THANKS!
