SR Scholastic Phonics Offer

I've had great luck with Scholastic offers in the past--easy to cancel & refund. I wanted to do the Phonics offer too. I tried last night & this morning & after I submit my info (including cc) I get an error page that never comes up (it just says error at the top of my window).

Anyone else having trouble?

You should put in a trouble ticket that you are having problems with the link. Then Tricia can let the merchant know and hopefully resolve the problem.

Good idea--I just did a trouble ticket. I'm not sure that it is coming from SR though, since the link from their site works fine, it is once you submit your information with the Scholastic link.

Hopefully it will get fixed--I'd really like to do that offer. I'll let you know what I hear.

This is the response I got on the Trouble ticket--Thanks Tricia!!

Our advertiser told us today that they are having a problem with \"a couple\" of their offers but did not give us specifics. They told us that everything will be fixed by tomorrow morning. Try it again tomorrow afternoon. If it does the same thing, just let me know and I will email them to see when they are going to get it fixed.

I've tried several times with the same error message too. I sent a response to the trouble ticket saying it still isn't working. I'll let you know when I hear something.

The link worked for me. I used the link Mon and got an email from them on Tue.
Now I am just waiting for the credit.

Okay, tried this offer today. Used my information, error, used a my mom's name & address it worked.

Don't know if it is b/c I've done other SCholastic offers & canceled--I haven't had problems signing up for new offers recently. Also, this offer had a different second page after signing up--it offered an unrelated "bonus" offer instead of having the scholastic confirmation page I'm used to seeing.

At any rate, this may help other figure out why it is not working for them.

I tried it using another e-mail address and it worked! I also thought the same way you did, Sarah. Perhaps they're blocking us...hmmmmm
