If you do a lot on SR, could you please help me out? I have two questions....

First Question:

On your ACCOUNT HISTORY, under Status--both my paid (trial) offers say Credit Hold until 9/15. Now, here's the question--I will have to "cancel" both of those offers before 9/15 in order to not be charged anything.

Will that affect those offers?

Seems weird to me that the credit hold is so late after the free trial periods end.

Second Question:

Have any of you done the Price Store $8 Paid Trial offer?

I was just about to hit Submit, when I clicked on their Terms link. This paragraph I don't like. Let me know what you think or if you've done this offer and had it credit:

FOR CERTAIN ON-LINE MARKETING CAMPAIGNS THAT REQUIRE A MEMEBERSHIP TENURE BEFORE A PREMIUM IS EARNED, YOUR MEMBERSHIP FEE FOR THE FIRST MONTH WILL NEED TO BE PROCESSED BEFORE YOUR MEMEBERSHIP IS DEEMED ELIGIBLE.

Since we can't talk about canceling offers on the GPT sites, I thought I would ask here. This looks like a really neat company, and I'd love to check them out and what they offer, but if I have to cancel (because of financial reasons), does that paragraph mean I won't get credited my $8 until one month's membership fee has been processed on my credit card?

My gosh! That would cancel out the whole purpose of doing the offer.....

Thanks for any help you guys can give. Deb

no the credit hold is basically for SR to make sure the advertiser pays them before they can pay you. All offers no matter when in the month you do them are on hold until the 15th of the next month.

on to question 2: i've never done that offer but I think janet or tricia over there has. I'd search the forum for price store and see what comes up. I think they are the same company as a few other trials so you might want to see which ones are all innerrelated and do a search that way if your first one doesn't come up. You can at least read what the trial is for if nothing else.

Thanks girl!

Yes, I saw that some of them were interrelated. I didn't complete the offer in case it was true about having to pay for one month's membership.

I'll do a search on the Forum later! Great idea!
