SR membership mess-up

I posted this on the Budget Board and was told to try here.

I signed up, or at least I thought I signed up, for SR last Sunday morning. At the end of filling out all the info, it said I would receive an email to confirm my membership.

I never got the email. I sent two inquiries explaining this thru the "contact us" part of the SR site, but still have not heard from anyone. A friend of mine signed up (the same day, I think) and she is already active.

I don't know what went wrong, but I would really like to find out so I can become a member.

I can help.

I think you only put in the first part of your email address each time (not the @aol.com or @yahoo or @whatever). So the email confirmation never made it to you. And then each time you sent an email on the Contact page, I couldn't reply because I didn't have your full email address. LOL!

Try signing up again. If you do not get a confirmation email within 30 minutes, send me a PM on here with your email address and I will check into it ASAP.
