Has anyone tried this? Is it easy to cancel? Any catches?

I'd like to do a few more high $ amount offers, but I'm always leery of these types of offers.

Thanks!

I don't know about it, but SR has changed the policy on sign ups. You need to remain for at least 21 datys at any place you sign up. So many people were signing up and cancelling immediately, she was losing sponsors. It isn't fair for her to pay out to people who are cheating the system, and IMO she is correct in adjusting her rules.

Hmm, I just re-read the email I got about the change in terms & what I got out of it was that shopping purchases would be held as pending for 21 days. I didn't see anything about the time period for cancelling offers--maybe I'm missing something. I hope not though, because some of the offers have the 14day free trial after which you are charged, so I had planned to cancel those within the 14 day window. That would eliminate a lot of offers for me.

This is from the email I received:
Due to an extremely high volume of fraudulent purchases over the last quarter, Sunshine Rewards will now hold any credits earned as a result of shopping through the website pending for a period of 21 days from the date of purchase. Purchases will be designated in your account history as "pending" until the 21 day period has expired and then will be marked as "paid." Sunshine Rewards has the right to refuse credit for any purchases that Sunshine Rewards or the merchant suspect to be fraudulent. Paid clicks, emails, and offers are not affected by this change and will continue to credit as usual.

Still wonder about the EPower & Profits offer though.

Thanks!

That's correct. It's not the trial offers that we have to wait for points on, just shopping. In fact, I just did GameFly and it specifically stated that you had to remain a member for at least 48 hours to receive credit (the trial was for 10 days).

HTH!

Oh, I miss read it! I though it was going to affect everything. I still think this is one of the best rewards sites going.

Thanks for the clarification.

When I read the fine print on this offer it made me nervous. They're going to charge you $100 if you agree to keep the offer. Since it isn't always easy to cancel I'm not sure I want to risk losing that much money.

I also did Gamefly. Do you know how long until you get credit for it? I signed up for it on the 28th and cancelled it on the 1st.
