Tricia responded to my email that the advertiser (Entertainment Book) pulled the offer (limited time offer) and that hopefully SR would get another one soon.

I tried it serveral times last night and it didn't work for me either. QR had a simliar reward (I think it was $7)- it came in one of their emails a few days back.
