SR - Ebay question

Could one of you who has made a purchase through SR for Ebay let me know if I have to send anything...confirmation etc...I looked through the site but I may have missed it.

No, you don't need to submit anything.

You just have to hope you get credit for it. I'm still waiting for credit on something I purchased 4/21

If you don't receive your credit in 7 days, you can file a trouble ticket. Follow the directions as there are very specific items we need to file with the companies to ask for your credits. Some companies will not even look at a claim if its after 30 days, so don't wait too long to file.
We've been working with ebay on getting past credits as they had some sort of glitch going on which now seems to be fixed ( I hope).
