SR Credit OnHold ?

I thought only paid offers were going to be put on credit hold on SR. Not the little offers like Party with.., Win a Iphone, ya' know the small ones. Today for me anyway they're on credit hold.

As I understood it, ALL credits can be held for up to 2 weeks, but larger credits & those susceptible to fraud will not be released until the 15th of the month AFTER you did the offer (so August 15th for this month).

the smaller ones should not be holding but I think its a computer blip with the new code that should be fixed. Tricia is out of town today so I'm sure she'll get to it tomorrow.

I did three small ones today and they are showing up in my account history as paid. Does that mean they are not on hold?

I think I'm just done with SR. THis is the first time since she came out with supermembership that I haven't made it. It's from stuff just not crediting, I got disheartened and now this. I'll just stick with QR and CashDuck I think SR outgrew what made them really good the personal part and Tricia working with you. Thats gone now. I have had a trouble ticket open since Feb. I have heard nothing

She mentioned on the forum that some of the new offers were inputed incorrectly and she has fixed it. If your credits for small/free offers are still on hold tomorrow just let her know and she'll have SunshineGuy looking into the problem.

Tricia posted about this in the SR forum. She accidentally put a couple of new small offers on credit hold this morning. They should change to paid by tomorrow morning. Between the end of the quarter stuff, all of the advertiser problems, setting up a new system so the credit holds happen, manually checking every cash out, etc, I'm sure Tricia has been working triple time.

BTW, I think the personal side of SR is still there, but it has kind of moved over to the SR forums instead of being as much on the disboards. Tricia is almost always available over there.

Of course, QR and Cashduck are great programs too! Although, I seem to have run out of stuff to do at cashduck and new stuff isn't added that quickly. Hopefully things will pick up there soon!
