SR advice on 7 day trials

I've tried to search and read the posts, but couldn't find a definite answer, so forgive me if this has been asked before:

On 7 day trials, if they do not credit immediately, when should I do a trouble ticket? I did several Saturday, some in the morning, some in the evening. All, but one from the morning posted. I don't want to do a ticket too early, but I don't want to wait too long either.

Thanks in advance, for any help! I didn't make a supermember last quarter cause I was worried about doing trials, but once I found how easy they can be....I've changed my tune and am addicted to SR!!!!
