SPRs for 2005

Will someone please tell me what I need to know/do to reserve 2 connecting or adjoining SPRs for late 2005.
I know the rooms aren't open yet for booking, but I've heard about a waiting list for these rooms. How do I go about getting on one?
Also, where do I check to see if the rooms have been released for 2005? Would I find that information at the official Disney Cruise Line site or maybe on these boards? I really want to book on the very day the rooms become available, to make sure I get what I want.

I have been lucky enough to get a SPR for our July, 2002 cruise, March, 2003 and August, 2004. Keep watching these boards and make sure you call the day the books open. The information is always posted immediately on these boards and it has worked for me every time. Good Luck!!

You may want to go with someone such as Dreams Unlimited that will watch for these rooms for you the minute that they become available.

5520 and 5020 are the non connecting rooms with the LEAST obsruction.

5522/5524 are connecting rooms with 5522 being the least obstructed of the two

5022/5024 are also connecting rooms with 5022 being the least obstructed of the two.

If you only need one room then I would suggest one of the non connecting rooms

I know the SPRs book very quickly and I was surprised to be able to book 5520 for our cruise in November less than two weeks ago! Even the agent was surprised it was still available. He didn't even want to check and see if it was available because he was sure it was booked already but it wasn't! I hope you are able to get what you need - happy sailing!

Im with you! Im waiting on July of 2005 for our 10th anniversary. I definitely want a SPH room(loved ours last year) so I will be watching these board very closely for the next year(hopefully sooner) until I hear 2005 is open up.

I'm trying to snag a SPR for the Christmas 2004 sailing. I've already placed my request with DU, so now I'm just waiting and hoping for some pixie dust!!

Sometimes SPR cancellations DO happen late in the game.
Since we missed Grand Cayman on our January Western, we used that as an excuse to book another one in May. However, in order to free up some vacation days, we had to cancel our Oct. cruise in a SPR on the Wonder (unfortunately, the SPR's were NOT available for the new cruise!).
