Springsteen or chat?

Duh, . . . Springsteen! Chat later, the Boss is calling!

I'll be there tonight, maybe I'll see you there :lmao:

hmmm you really had to question that one ???? BRUCEEEEEEEEE!! Don't get me wrong..but chat will be there tomorrow.

John does make a compelling argument for chat ... but how many times do you get a chance to see Max Weinberg. Take the concert!

As a Jersey girl, there is only one answer...........

Chat!

Just Kidding.. Bruuuuuuuuuuuuucccccccccccceeeeeeee!

Ok so I finally get past all the lay offs at work and know for sure I can go on the cruise.

Tonight, I want to go into chat to meet others, and darn if my roommate calls and says he has tickets to Springsteen tonight. In order to make the concert I will miss chat. Still learning what a flattie is and who knows what else I will miss tonight. To make the concert I need to leave during the chat time.
Which would you pick???

OMG!!!!!!!! Get thee to the Pavilion - PRONTO!!!!! :scared1::scared1::scared1:

I'm already counting down the hours until my first show of the year on the 24th in CT - can't come soon enough! I'll be waiting up tonight to check out the set list!

Clearly, I chose Bruce over chat. Guess I will meet more of the cruisers in chat next week. The show was amazing! He went on at 830 and wrapped up at 1130 PM. We had a great time. Now if I can just keep up with chat next week, I should be all set.

April 1 / San Jose, CA / HP Pavilion
Notes:
Bruce and the E Street Band go west to kick off the Working on a Dream tour in San Jose, their first of three California shows. The structure from the second Asbury Park rehearsal was clearly the model -- the setlist was nearly identical to March 24, opening with "Badlands" into a hard-rocking "Outlaw Pete" (Springsteen threw on a cowboy hat for this one) and onward. But a few additions to the set stretched this opener to 26 songs already, suggesting that Bruce is still putting the pieces into place.

Setlist:
Badlands,
Outlaw Pete, My Lucky Day, No Surrender, Out in the Street, Working on a Dream, Seeds, Johnny 99, The Ghost of Tom Joad, Good Eye, Good Rockin' Tonight, Darlington County, Growin' Up, Waitin' on a Sunny Day, The Promised Land, The Wrestler, Kingdom of Days, Radio Nowhere, Lonesome Day, Born to Run
* * *
Hard Times, Thunder Road, Dancing in the Dark, Tenth Avenue Freeze-out, Land of Hope and Dreams, American Land

He's still doing 3HR shows!! Nice setlist, new stuff and the classics. Hard to believe Born To Run wais released over 30 years ago.
