Spring forward, fall back....

I love fall because I get back the hour of sleep I lose in the spring. My SO is excited because he gets an extra hour of sunlight at night. I'm disgusted because I know I'll be a &*^%@ all next week because I won't know what day of the week it is because of sleep deprivation.

I allways felt they should jump a an hour like Monday at 10am, that way you dont lose sleep and you get an hour off work

OH! Jason, I love that idea. Just don't let them add an hour in the fall, I'd hate to have to work an extra hour.

Yes. Most 'advisors' on the issue say to change your clocks before going to bed.

Also: Fire/smoke alarm batteries should be replaced/tested.

I hate losing the hour, especially since we'll be in WI this weekend but, I love the longer days.

The U.S. changes their clocks this weekend. In europe, we changed last week.

I usually hate this time change but I can't wait! My DD has already adjusted herself to daylight savings within the last two weeks by getting up at 5:30-6am....now it'll be back to the normal 6:30-7am...yay!
