I think it's 2-3 weeks after the final payment (not dues).

That was after our final payment - dues came later.

We paid balance of our contract Sat Sept 2nd and the MB check arrived a little over 3 weeks later on a Monday, Sept 25th.

Having never been there, the image in the article makes it look like a renovation is long overdue... the restaurant looks to me like it belongs in a senior living complex and not a Disney Resort....

If they wanted to make publicity around the SSR sale, they'd reopen the Spa... Or at least find a tenant to operate it...

Completely agree!! If they had a good spa at Saratoga Springs Resort and SPA, I’d be much more interested in staying there.

Does anyone know how long after closing the 2026 dues will show up on my DVC account for me to pay?

My contract closed and 4 days later I got the email that my dues were available to pay. The statement says I have until 4/15/26 to pay, so roughly 6 weeks.

Hey same here! I havent even gotten the title yet lol. I have auto pay setup so I am assuming it will auto when it its due.

I got the notice that my contract has been finalized and then about 2 days later my dues showed up. I went ahead and just paid mine immediately since we still had 3k in gift cards remaining. I had bought extra during black Friday and I guess it's a good thing I did lol
