Spring Break

Does anyone know when Coleges and Universities in the south have Spring Break? Here in Philly, some schools have it the week of March 3 and some the week of March 10th.

I am looking at going to WDW week of March 3rd. That will be before most high schools and below get out for Easter break. I don't usually go in March so was wondering if there would be a big college crowdmif they're on break or do they mostly hit the beach resorts?

We were there 3/9-3/18 this year and I don't remember it being overly busy or over-run with college students. The weather was really nice! Epcot F&G starts on 3/6/13, so you will get to catch part of that. We really enjoyed that event this year.

That time of year crowds are heavy but manageable. It is a usual spring break time for Canadian schools.

That week is typically our spring break here in Quebec (and Ottawa?) and we have gone to WDW the first week of March for 4 out of the past 5 years. It is a great time to go (just don't tell anyone!). Most other Canadian schools are not on spring break until the second or third week in March.

It's nice because it's right during that lull between Presidents day and the start of the busier spring break period. Crowds are usually predicted to be 4's until the Friday of that week. We usually stay through the weekend, and starting the Saturday, crowds start getting crazy (closer to 9's and 10's), and we really feel the difference. We no longer plan any park days on that weekend, other than one night in MK just for MSEP. In the past, MSEP wasn't scheduled very often during that week, but (as of now), this year there is supposed to be one every night
