Spring break?

I am hearing that spring break will probably be mid March to Mid April. Is this correct?

So if we were to go in early March will the weather be warm?

I am trying to get some warm (not hot) weather and not spring break crazy time Would early March be nice weather? I have two little ones with me and that will make my life much easier

You should be fine as far as avoiding the spring break crowds in early March.

As to weather.. according to www.weather.com , the average temperature for March is 70 degrees. Jan thru March is their rainy season though, so it could be hit or miss as far as that. Temp wise you should be fine though.
