Which would be least crowded? I have an old book that says June is rated a 6-7 and mid march is a solid 7. I'm wanting some more current info. without having to buy another book or join a website.
I'm thinking the cooler temp. of March would make the crowds more bearable?

I would think the crowds would be similar since not all the schools get out by the second week in June and not all of them have spring break the same week. (Our school ends June 19 and our spring break is in April).

I do know, however, that June is HOT and sticky. Very humid...with lots of thunderstorms.

I would prefer March because even though it is warmer in June, the rain really does slow you down and who wants to be wearing a plastic poncho when it's 95 degrees and humid out.

If you have to deal with crowds, I'd rather do it when it's drier and more comfortable.

In our experience, March is extremely crowded and the second week of June, while not a slow time, seems less hectic. The crowds seem to pick up in earnest from the mid-point of June on. It definitely is more humid in June.

I've gone many, many years in March. Everything is busy but not overly so ... the temperatures are usually very nice; however, it does get cool in the evenings. The park hours are just starting to be extended a little which is nice.

As long as you stear clear of the weeks wrapping Easter, you should be good to go with March.

I don't know when it starts to get crowded in June, but do know it is extremely hot and humid.

We went in April of 09 & although it was warm them & not exactly empty in the parks..... We just got back 2 days ago - a Christmas present from my parents (it was me & family, sister & family & my parents), I will never go back in June again, no matter who pays for it. It was soooooooo extreamly hot & humid, and I live in Illinois & know humid. My goodness it was aweful! I would go for Spring Break!
