Spring Break Strategies Requested!

OK, so I'm a teacher who can only go to the world in the hot, hot, heat of the summer, X-mas break, or Spring Break.

We had an enjoyable trip in July in spite of the heat. We dealt with the summer crowds pretty well.

So, we've decided to give mid-March a try since we know the weather will be better, but crowds could be scary.

So, spring break veterans...tell me what worked well for you. What didn't go so well. I appreciate all of your advice. Of course, we're staying on site (POFQ, first time
