MK and EPCOT

We got up and ate at the hotel again. Lucky kids had their parents bring them room service. Then off to MK. This was our only long wait for a bus. There was quite a line at the ASMovies bus stop to MK. A group of cheerleaders was there before us. We had to wait for the second bus. Maybe a total 30 minute wait. I think we will consider the ASSports the next time because the bus always goes there first.

Got to the MK and waited 20 minutes for Mickey's Philharmagic. I think mostly waiting for the next show. It was a great attraction. Then off to grab FPs for BTMR. We went to Ariel's Grotto just to look. 40 minutes was too much to wait for a 17yo to see Ariel, even though she is her favorite character. We rode Haunted Mansion with a 15 minute wait then back to BTMR for a great ride. Into Adventureland for a FP for the Jungle Cruise. Grabbed a nice lunch at El Pirata Y el Perico Restaurant. It is amazing how you can get away from the crowds at some of these places.

After a brief rest, we rode Pirates of the Carribean with a 15 minute wait. DH got to carry a card from the entrance of the ride to the loading area that helps the CMs post the correct wait. Aren't we important. Then to the Jungle Cruise with our FP. After that we walked through the passageway to Frontierland and walked right up to see the Snowglobe parade go by. DH had to have a Dole Whip before we did some shops on Main Street. After that we took our only monorail ride over to EPCOT. Had to ride the monorail sometime. It was goodbye to the MK for this trip. Always a sad moment.

At EPCOT we toured the Living Seas. We remembered a ride from our last visit that wasn't there this time. Then started at Mexico and worked our way around the countries. We were starting to wear down and were moving more slowly. Plus the heat was getting to us. Watched The American Adventure then went into Japan for our PS at Teppanyaki. An enjoyable meal, as always. Watched Illuminations from the balcony at Japan then back to the hotel. Now it was goodbye to EPCOT. Had dessert at the hotel then back to the room to pack.

Next - Easter - our last day at the World

One of the saddest things to do - is to say goodbye - but a good day for all - thanks for posting!

Sounds like fun! Can't wait till we get there. We are trying Teppanyaki and I'm drooling right now just thinking about it. I love those type restaurants and we don't have one near us. My kids haven't ever been to one, I think they will be entertained and hopefully my DD 7 won't be freaked out by the slicing and dicing and flames! :teeth:
