It's been 3 years since we've Disney-ed, which is about average for our vacations, but it seems like SO much has changed this time that I feel like a newbie.

Typically, we go in off-season, but now that our kids are older, school has become a bit more of a priority and we'd like to avoid taking them out of school... especially my oldest. That leaves us with Spring Break and Summer. Both times of year that I haven't been to Disney myself and have never planned for.

What are your thoughts? Main priority is crowd level. Secondary is heat. Our Spring Break is March 28-April 1. If we did a summer trip, I'd want to go as soon as school gets out, which would be June 1.

This will also be our first ever split trip. We'll be doing 3 days at WDW (MK, HS, Epcot) and 2 days at USO with a day off in the middle.

I’d probably pick summer since you are able to travel so early in June.
Spring break crowds are miserable. Weather might be a bit better though.
You have the advantage of school ending early where many kids are still in school to at least mid June up in the Northeast. We have been twice end of May/Early June and some days it has been HOT but other days perfect. Never know what you’ll get.
