Spring Break (Last Week in March)-Uber/Lyft?

I really would like to use Uber or Lyft on our trip to WDW at the end of March. We have used them every time we go to Universal but we have never gone during Spring Break time. My husband thinks we ought to schedule Mears or Sunshine Flyer to guarantee we have a ride to the resort during such a busy time. How bad will it be to get a Lyft on a Saturday morning of Spring Break around 8:30am in the morning? Will there be nothing available? Will surge pricing be ridiculous? I'm having a hard time deciding. TIA!

If you want to guarantee a price ahead of time, I would book one of the bus services you mentioned or a private car service.
