I decided I want to do a trip report this time so better start off with a pre-trip report!

Less than 2 months to go if I can survive the first half of the semester, I really can't wait!

Just my husband & I (both 24) will be staying 8 days/7 nights at Pop Century.

We're doing the DDP again this time, we really enjoyed it in June when we were there for our honeymoon.

We have ADRs at

Restaurant Akerhaus
Le Cellier*
Whispering Canyon Cafe*
Chef Mickey's*
50's Prime Time Diner*
O'Hana
Crystal Palace

The CS places we are planning on trying for lunch

Pecos Bills
Sunshine Seasons
Wolfgang Puck Express
Columbia Harbor House
Earl of Sandwich
Pizza Planet
Casey's*
Pop Food Court*

* = we ate there in June

The food was definitely one of the best parts of the trip so we're looking forward to our favorites and some new favorites.

We're planning on doing the Keys to the Kingdom tour on Wednesday the 18th so that will take care of the Columbia Harbor House.

we haven't done or planned to do any big breakfasts while in Disney World... I thought it would be fun to do (we do the DDP and use our TS for a nice dinner each night) just once so I just called and got an ADR on 3/15 at 1900 Park Fare! I'm excited!

Hey, we'll be there at the same time! DH & I will be staying at Saratoga Springs. Your plans sound great so far! Looking forward to more....

I can't wait! Especially with all the ice & snow we have right now. This is the first trip of hopefully 3 this year :)

For us, too! What a coincidence! :) We're going for Spring break (DH & I are both teachers), for our anniversary in July (oh, and we honeymooned in WDW too), and then right after Christmas with the whole family! Check out my pre-trippie if you want - the link's in my siggie.... although its mostly just my ramblings... only one reader apparently... :)

We're going to try to go again for 7-8 days in August for my hubby's 25th. Because of school I won't be able to be IN disney world on my birthday in December, but we're hoping to go for about 5 days before Christmas if I can get all this time off work :)

haha...love love love your pictures, they are so romantic:love:

I'm reading now too! Let's hear some plans!

thank you! I think that before we went on our honeymoon everyone thought we were weird for wanting to honeymoon at a "kids place" but after they saw our pictures were actually jealous LOL. We're (or at least me) looking forward to some fun photopass pictures this trip without the bride & groom ears.

Okay tomorrow I only have one class and one exam so I'll get busy on posting our plans. Some of our ADRs have changed too :) so... tomorrow! I need to start printing directions to the airports, our ideas for CS breakfast & lunch and some of the things we want to do thanks to some threads on here.

Ooh we do have some exciting news - we just bought a camcorder so I'm REALLY excited to have it for our trip. Last time we enjoyed not carrying a bag/purse around the parks - everything we needed (camera, KTTW, etc.) we put in my husband's cargo pockets in his shorts hehe. But I do have a question... since we'll have the digital camera and the camcorder (need to buy mini DVDs and a case for it) what do we do with it when we go on rides? It's just the two of us so we don't have any alternate people to hold our stuff.

9 sleeps til Disney! Or 8 if you count the one I'm about to take.

quick note to myself - YOU HAVE TO PRE ORDER YOUR PHOTOPASS CD & PHOTO BOOK TOMORROW!!!!!!!!!!!!:yay: :yay: :yay:

okay yes, I'm stalling - now I'm too excited to go to sleep even though I am exhausted and it's 1 am.

When we went in July/August, it was the first trip I'd ever carried a bag (even our small camera can fit in cargo shorts!)... most of the rides have a place on them to stow your stuff, and if they don't, put the bag on the floor of the ride vehicle between your feet, and put one foot through the strap, so if it comes loose, it can't actually go anywhere. We'll have my dSLR on this trip, and that's what I'm planning to do with it.

I can't wait to see your updated plans tomorrow!

Okay so here are the changes to dining...

we dropped our 50's Prime Time Dinner for a lunch at Sci Fi.
if I haven't already mentioned it we added a breakfast at 1900 Park Fare on Sunday the 15th.
We have reservations at both Kona and Ohanas on the 19th but I think we're keeping Ohanas. So right now, this is what our dining schedule looks like:

Saturday dinner in Norway with the princesses!
Sunday breakfast at 1900 Park Fare, dinner at Le Cellier
Monday dinner at WWC at the Wilderness Lodge
Tuesday (St. Patrick's Day) Dinner at Chef Mickey's
Wednesday lunch at Sci Fi
Thursday dinner at Ohana or Kona Cafe
Friday dinner at Crystal Palace

Tuesday is St. Patricks Day. We both have green to wear :) This night we are eating at Chef Mickey's, as my hubby thought it would be a fun dinner. I don't know that anything special will happen but I think it will be fun no matter what. I have NO idea what we should do that night. There are no evening extra magic hours. What would be fun for St. Patrick's Day?

We had planned on possibly doing the Keys to the Kingdom tour on Wednesday of our trip since there are no morning extra magic hours anywhere, but now that is the day we have a lunch scheduled at Sci Fi. We're definitely planning on going back in August for a week for my husband's 25th birthday so maybe we'll push it back to then. We're also hoping in August to do one of the water parks for the first time.

as for other plans... we don't have any! Since it's just us two adults, we can fly by the seat of our pants. Usually our morning starts out wherever there are morning extra magic hours, and ends where there are evening extra magic hours. Anything in between is anyone's guess! We have lots of different ideas for CS lunches so it's possible we'll be in 2-4 different parks a day. That's what I love about Disney!

packing is underway, at least for me. Hubby so far has 3 things here for me to pack - and all 3 things are brand new that we bought for the trip haha.

I'm about to go through the clothes I have ready to pack and see what I need to pack and what might need washed. As well as figure out which shoes/flip flops are coming! I'm hoping to be packed by the end of the weekend since we have a hectic week coming up. I always make a list of last minute things that I have to add that can't be packed in advance like the flat iron and medications. 8 sleeps til Mickey!
