I will be traveling to Disney for Spring Break and staying though Easter. We are staying at Pop Century and will be traveling with our 2yo and 6yo. They have been to WDW twice before.

Sunday:

Travel Day - drive from SC, arrive around 3-4pm.

Check in to Pop Century.

Head to Magic Kingdom (open until midnight but we would leave after 9pm Wishes or potentially 10pm MSEP)

6p-7p - Elsa and Anna Fast Pass - line up prior to 6pm
6:30pm - The Plaza (dinner and ice cream) - thought it would be good to have a scheduled dinner with the crowds and a mini-Kitchen Sink would be a fun way to celebrate out first night!
7p-8p - Space Mountain FP - my daughter's favorite! Collect a Rider Swap to use later in trip.
8:40-8:55p - Wishes FP - figure it would be crazy crowded and this would be a more relaxing way to watch the fireworks
10pm - MSEP - TBD - After Wishes we could walk towards the front of the park and watch from top of Main Street or stay in Wishes area even though viewing is not ideal.

Monday:

Breakfast at food court. Relaxing morning at resort.

Water Park in morning - Blizzard Beach (opens at 10am) for appeal to younger kiddos.
Back to hotel to rest and change.

Head to Epcot for dinner around 4pm.

3:40-4:40 - Turtle Talk with Crush FP
4:40-5:40 - Nemo and Friends FP
Dinner at Garden Grill 5:40pm.
9pm - Illuminations Fast Pass

Tuesday:

Head to Magic Kingdom

8:20am - Be Our Guest Pre-Park Opening Breakfast
11:10-12:10 - Haunted Mansion FP
Lunch at Columbia Harbour House
3pm - Festival of Fantasy Parade from Liberty Square
3:10-4:10 - Splash Mountain FP - collect rider swap for later in trip
4:10-5:10 - Big Thunder Mountain Railroad FP - collect rider swap for later in trip
5:05 - Dinner at Crystal Palace

Back to resort to swim, rest, maybe movies at the pool.

Wednesday:

Breakfast at food court. Relaxing morning at resort.

Water Park in morning - Typhoon Lagoon (park opens at 10am)
QS Lunch and sand pail at water park.
Back to resort to shower and change.

Head to Hollywood Studios

3:05-3:20 - Frozen Singalong FP
4:15-5:15 - Toy Story FP
5pm dinner reservation with Fantasmic package at Minnie's Seasonal Dine.
6p-7p - Star Tours FP
Explore Launch Bay and use Chase Opportunity for photo with Darth Vador
Possible Meet and Greets with Sofia, Doc, etc.
Fantasmic at 8:30pm with special dining seating
Watch Symphony in Stars Fireworks - time TBD

Thursday:

Head to Magic Kingdom

Get to MK for Park Opening to see the show or option for another BOG 8:15 breakfast? I am waiting to see what happens to park opening times closer to our trip.
Breakfast at Gaston's Tavern - if we don't do BOG
11:05-12:05 - Peter Pan's Flight FP
Lunch at Pinnochio Village Haus?
1:20p-2:20p Enchanted Tales with Belle FP
2:25-3:25 - Seven Dwarfs Mine Train FP - collect rider swap to use later in trip

6:15 - Hoop Dee Doo Musical Revue

Friday:

Head to Animal Kingdom - this day is confusing bc Rivers of Light opening has not been announced.

8:30am - Tusker House - prepark opening breakfast
FPs, shows, etc.
Light lunch or snacks. Flame Tree or Harambe Market?
5pm - Saana Dinner
(I also have a lunch booked with the thought that we could have a late start to AK after the lunch and then stay through evening activities. This is my most up-in-the-air day but I have options. If I do the lunch, then I would cancel the breakfast.)

Saturday:

Head to Epcot

8:30am - Akershus - pre-park opening
Fast Passes
Egg Hunt in Epcot
Dinner in the World Showcase at the Flower and Garden Festival
Possible head over to the Boardwalk?

Sunday:

Check out.

Head to Grand Floridian for Easter Activities (drive)
10am - Grand Floridian Cafe Brunch

OPTION #1:
Head to Magic Kingdom

11am-12pm - Buzz Lightyear FP
Use Space Mt Rider Swap
12:20p-1:20p - Winnie the Pooh FP
Use Mine Train Rider Swap
1:20p-2:20p - Under the Sea with Ariel FP
Head to Main Street to wait for parade
2:45pm - Easter Parade
3pm - Festival of Fantasy
Leave park, monorail to Grand Floridian

OR

OPTION #2:
Do not do the last park day and just eat breakfast and then possibly go to play putt-putt. I am leaning towards this option. More relaxing and sweet.

Drive home.

Random things:
  • Do not line up before your FP time. You'll block the line, which is very bad form. You can enter the line 5 minutes before your window opens, do not show up before that.
  • Watch MK parades from Frontierland.
  • You definitely don't need a fast pass for Turtle Talk.
  • The fast pass area for IllumiNations isn't great (and it is very crowded.) I'd recommend finding a spot on your own.
  • You can expect MK to open at 7:00 every day during the week you are there. Those "pre-opening" breakfasts won't be pre-opening, and you'll be in a restaurant during the most crowded part of the day.
  • If you FP Peter Pan, you'll miss the queue, which is actually better than the ride.
  • There's not really anything at the Boardwalk that's worthwhile.
  • I would do a park on the last day, but I would do AK.

Thanks! I just meant that I wanted to catch it for 6pm vs later so that we could make it to our dinner reservation on time. So, I would hop in line a few minutes prior to 6.

Thanks for the suggestion!

Any suggestions?

I have heard that...Epcot is lacking much to choose from right now. Soarin' is our fav!

That's what I was guessing based on history. I have no problem cancelling those reservations!

Maybe we can try and catch it early one morning. Crowd levels are expected to be 9s!

I have been dying to check it out. Seemed charming. Good to know. Just a thought since we could walk over. We may just see how the kids are doing and play it by ear!

I was just trying to capture some of the cute Easter activities. Do you know what AK has to offer? I think that the Easter Bunny may be there. If we went there instead do you suggest going to Boma or somewhere else for Easter brunch?

Thanks for your time!
