what are the dates to avoid for spring break/ Easter this year?

We are in IL and our spring break is the week of 3/27. Easter is on 4/16.

Spring break crowds are already in Florida. Today I met groups from Georgia, Illinois & Maryland. These were college kids & families.

Just in my area alone, spring breaks vary so much. My husband's a teacher and his school district has spring break next week, my kids' is the following week, and my niece and nephew's spring break isn't until April. Easter isn't until mid-April this year. It'll probably be busy all month at Disney and into April, but we've been at spring break time before and didn't think the crowds were bad at all.

Spring break for schools nationwide are basically NOW through the week after Easter.

Ours is in two weeks. We've gone mid March almost every year, but last year it was end of March (over Easter). Easter was considerably more crowded; most spring break is okay other than that weekend, in my opinion. Not as ideal as the last week of August, which is my favorite week for crowds (or lack of them).

My university started Spring Break last Fri., 3/3/2017. There is no universal 'Spring Break', different schools go out at different dates. My school has off Good Friday through Easter Monday.
