Hi! We are booked for DLR end of March 2016 for five days. Three days of the park and two days travel. Is it busy at that time? It's spring break for us, but what about others? It's the week ( March 27) after Easter.

Our local district takes 2 weeks for Spring break, before and after Easter. Easter being the 27th I'd expect many schools will still be out that week. LAUSD does 1 week before Easter, but they have that Thursday off for Cesar Chavez day, which is a state holiday.

Spring breaks are scattered but I imagine the week before and the week after Easter would be the majority of spring breaks so yes it will be very busy! Plus with the 60th celebration things are even busier than normal!

We went during our spring break (in Oregon) a few years ago (3rd week in March). It was pretty packed, but manageable. We had rain the first 1 1/2 days, so I think that thinned the crowds.

DW and I are taking our DGD during that very same week. Personally, I'm planning for a fully packed park. Advice - get there early, ride the headliners first thing in the morning, get FPs for the others, take mid-day breaks, and come back in the evening. Easily said, but since DGD will officially be a teenager by then, and we rarely got there at rope drop before, we're going to have to wing it and get done what we can. Bring along patience and a good attitude, and have fun!

Im going the same time Mar 30th to April 8th. Debating which days to do Disney. We are also going to Universal but doing the vip exp so I do t think it will matter which day for that

Thanks everyone! We plan to be very efficient and use the fast passes. Is Toon Town still around? It's been 5 years since we've went to DLR.

We were there is past March during Spring Break and it was busy especially with Soarin, Splash and Matterhorn closed forcing more people to the other attractions.

We made sure to be at the parks at RD and used FP's everywhere we could and we got to do everything we wanted to do.

Have a great time!

We have went the end of march/first of april for Washington's spring break for years. While the parks are busier than they were five years ago, they are still very manageable. Get up early, be there for early admission if possible, use the fastpass system, and ride the popular rides early. This year, we are going the second week of march as we have moved to Fly-Over-Country in the Midwest. Lots of things are different in fly-over-country compared to the west coast, one being Spring Break is the second week of March. Gotta go with it, will let everyone know how it works out:sail:
