It will still fill up due to the increased crowds in general. That's why free dining isn't offered... Disney doesn't need it in order to fill rooms and restaurants.

Yes, it will fill up just as quick!!! We love to go during spring break and we have to make our ressies right at 180 days (or it used to be 90). I would be online as soon as you can in the am to reserve if the meals are important to you.

I guess it depends when your sping break is, as ours falls during free dining.
