Spring Break 2008

Since Easter is early (March 23) next year what will that mean for the crowds at WDW in the last two weeks of April? Do you think that most spring breaks will be over by then? It looks like the Spring Breaks where I live will be in March next year.

Hi Amy,

The last two weeks of April are usually much quieter than the end of March/beginning of April, and with Easter so early next year I would expect that late April will be pretty quiet (relatively).

My hunch is that the last two weeks of April in 2008 will be less crowded since Easter is earlier. However "less crowded" may be a realtive term since there don't seem to be many down seasons lately.

I sure hope the crowds will be light to medium because I plan on going next year the last few days of Apr. thru first few of May. I know the north east states usually have their spring breaks the last full week of Apr. Here in Cypress, Tx (Houston) our spring break next year is the week before Easter. YUK!

Here in the NYC area our spring breaks are always earlier than the last week of April.

Here in Houston it looks like Spring Break is going to be the week before Easter.

In Maine and Mass we have our vacation the 3rd full week of April that would be the week of April 20th next year. Alot will head down the end of the week before.

Our spring break in SW VA is always the week after Easter, whenever it falls.
