I have only seen SA once and didn't sit onstage because you don't get the full effect of the choreography. Everyone I talked to reccomended sitting in the audience your first time and then onstage your second time.
Just bumping this up to say that there is a new female cast member in the show. Her name is Alexandra Socha, she auditioned in Boston, and she is amazing!
Aww I'm really sad. I just read on another forum that Gideon will be leaving because he booked an off-broadway show. He is really really nice! I hope all goes well with this new show, but I will miss him.
And for anyone who doesn't know, Krysta left because she booked A Chorus Line!
What does everyone think?? I think its feirce! I know Lea goes a little flat before the rest of the girls enter, but other than that I think its flawless.
im like the biggest fan of the show! i've seen it twice on my computer. its amazing! krysta left yesterday to be in A Chorus Line. i'm gonna try to get an original cast playbill because i collect playbills. i was rooting for SA to win a few tony's. it's an amazing show, but it talks about and shows you stuff you shouldn't see at my age (im 14) so my parents wont take me. im going to stage door one day, but i need a playbill!
SA is holding some open casting calls, they are casting the national tour right now so it might be worth it to go.

My mom actually WANTS to see SA. I saw it with my sister so it wasn't awkward. I don't know if it will be weird or not, lately she has been pretty chill. Plus I am in a production of Cabaret right now and I am doing some pretty shocking stuff myself onstage, I think if she can handle seeing me in Cabaret she can handle sitting next to me at Spring Awakening.
