I know a lot of people use spread sheets,I have never done one. I am not sure I would but I was wondering if anyone could send me a copy of just one page of it so I can see how you did it. what do you put on it. I know you would put dinning reservations.I would really love to see one page that you used at one of the parks at wdw.

It wont copy nice and neat over here.
Colume 1 is my dates, next is what park we are going to. Colume 3 is Spectro times for the date. Colume 4 is Fantasmic times, 5 is Where we are eating with the time, Colume 6 is my ADR number. Colume 7 is the events we attending that night, illuminations cruise, MNSSHP, etc.

I keep it small enough to paste into my guide book each trip.

As I was starting to prepare I made a spreadsheet, one page 2 sections. There were dates accross the top for both. The top half was the park info, listed all the parks (down left side) then the hours for each including highlighting to represent EMH's. So then the second section right beneath was for what I wanted to do those days. So the columns were for the days (right under the same days on the top half to keep things straight) the rows were Park (which park I wanted to attend), breakfast, lunch, dinner, activity 1, activity 2, activity 3. The activities were for tours, fireworks, BBB, etc. All reservation confirmation number, times and instrucitons are in the appropriate box.

I also made a separate sheet for what I had booked and a payment schedule and listing all the things I was interested in doing, where I wanted to eat, which places I read about had good meals. I kept that beside me as I filled in the individual days.
