My daughters team is playing soccer at wdw in January. You have to make reservations through a preferred travel company. These rooms apparently can not be recognized in My Disney Experience. So we can't get 60 day advantage for Fastpass +. We have APs so we can still do 30 days out correct ?

And the rest of the team needs tickets. If they buy through travel company they are not shipped till 2 weeks before. So no fastpass advantage at all.

If they buy tickets through Disney and pay full price Disney will send tickets or magic bands? And they can register those but still only get 30 day ? What if they use Undercover Tourist? How do those work when not attaching to room

1. If they are for rooms at a WDW Resort, you should be able to get them "recognized" by MyDisneyExperience.

2. I'd make absolutely SURE before accepting the word of just one or two people.

4. Two weeks is still two week's advantage.

5. & 6. Tickets will be sent. But, I'd order them as "Will Call."
(BUT... as I said, IF you are booking at a WDW Resort, you'll get MBs.)
If you are at a WDW Resort, you can book FP+ up to 60 days in advance.
Otherwise, up to 30 days.

7. Where you buy the tickets doesn't matter (as long as it is from an authorized dealer.)
You can attach them to your MDE account and make FP+ reservations.
Tickets do not have to be "attached to a room" to make FP+ reservations.

Buy tickets through Disney and use the Will Call option.
- link the ticket Confirmation Number to an MDE account
- schedule FPs 30 days in advance

After each person receives their MagicBand at the resort, link the MB to the MDE account
- the MB ID number (12 digits) is on the underside of the MB

You will not need to pick up the actual tickets if you link your MB BEFORE you enter a park.
