Spoodles Pizza Window on Dining Plan?

I know this question has been asked here, so forgive me.

I don't see the Spoodles Pizza Window at the Boardwalk on the official Disney 2007 list of DDP restaurants.

Has anyone been to the World recently who can confirm whether or not we can get a slice of pizza at the Spoodles Pizza Window for a CS credit on the DDP?

Spoodles pizza window counts as a Counter Service credit.

Spoodles counts as a Table Service (TS) credit. The Spoodles/BoardWalk Pizza Window used to be a Counter Service (CS) location, but apparently is no longer. However, I didn't personally check this last week, which is why I haven't responded.

I've been wanting to hear the answer to this as well. It used to be a slice of pizza, a salad, and a drink for a CS at Spoodle's Pizza Window. Excellent value!

It isn't listed on the official WDW list anymore. I haven't been to BW since May, 2006. We're planning on going "home" again this December.

We were at WDW in January and I asked at the Spoodles window. The friendly CM who came to the window told me that it was no longer a QS option for pizza although you could get a beverage there as a snack credit. Hope that helps.

Thanks BCV. You answered as we had hoped, you having been there recently.

We're a little chapped about losing that CS option, as BWV DVCers. We're also a little curious as to why the change. I would even have used CS credits there for just a slice of pizza and a beverage, even without the nice salad that also came with the CS meal.

The kids ate a lot of pizza from the Spoodles Window last summer on our vacation. Hate to have lost that option.

I wonder about the change too. There do not seem to many options for QS at BW. A few sandwiches and salads at the Bakery.

Perhaps if enough BWI/BWV folks request it, it will be offered again.

We were there on Feb. 13 and were told we couldn't use any credits for the pizza slices. BTW, the first time they rung up 53.00 for 2 cheese pizzas instead of 2cheese slices. Good thing DH paid attention to that one.

I wonder if one of the reasons for this changed was related to guests trying to order full pies on the Dining Plan last year. (That was available, but "cost" 6 CS, which some guests must have blanched at.)

I think it stinks its not available anymore! That is one thing I wish BW offered... a cafe type place much like the Roaring Forks at the WL.
