Hi,

DH and I will be doing our 1st WDW trip in Sept.. We are arriving at the BC Sunday Sept. 24th and I had made an ADR for Spoodles @ 5:00. We want to go to MK for the EMH after diner and I was wondering how difficult it will be to get transportation to MK from where Spoodles is. As I said, I have no idea where everything is because this will be our 1st trip so any information will be really appreciated.

TIA

That'd be a piece of cake. Since Spoodles is at the Boardwalk, all you need to do is go to the entrance of the Boardwalk Resort (steps take you from Boardwalk level to the entrance without having to enter the resort) after dinner and make your way to the Boardwalk bus stop to catch a Resort bus to MK.

If you have extra time, it might be fun to instead take a leisurely stroll from Spoodles into the World Showcase entrance of Epcot, walk through to the front of the main Epcot entrance and hop on the monorail to MK. That'll obviously take much more time but is a nice walk and overall trip.

ENJOY!

Thanks Melody. :thumbsup2

The first way does sound easy but I have read that taking the Monorail at night can be spectacular because of all the lights. :goodvibes

Either way will be fun. Thanks for replying so quickly. I have pretty much figured out our plans while at WDW but the "moving from place to place" part has me a little worried. Such a huge world. :cloud9:

Only do this if you have a park hopper pass otherwise you won't be getting into the MK ;)

Good point! Thanks for that notation!

One note .. you don't have to go inside the Boardwalk Hotel to get to the bus stop. There are some steps that go from the Boardwalk up to the parking/bus area.

The monorail ride in the dark is very nice, but true, you must have a hopper to go inside both Epcot and MK.

Spoodles is one of our favorite restaurants at WDW. You've made a great choice to dine there .. and for a place to stay! We love the BC! Have a super trip!

Here is a map to help you get oriented. :)

Thanks CoolDisneyCat for the map and the great words about Spoodles and BC. DH and I are really looking forward to this trip and want it to be wonderful but when I don't know any of the eating establishments it is really hard to decide. I read a lot of posts here on the boards and made my decisions from what I read.
