OK, Search isn't working. This has probably been addressed, but... We will be at BCV for six nights in a studio in 4(!) weeks. The Spoodles breakfast menu looks yummy. Do you think we could just walk in there a couple of mornings? Or is breakfast there so popular (first week in June) that we need a PS?

You can probably walk in with no problem, it never seems to be terribly crowded for breakfast. Or, call for a PS the morning before you go and take a leisurely stroll over there.

Make sure you try the bread pudding, it's to die for! I never even liked bread pudding before I tried their's.

You can probably just walk there...no problem...it has never been overly crowded...but, we always go right when they open around 7:30am. If you are going later...you may want to make a ps.

The breakfast is wonderful there. A favorite breakfast spot for hubby and me. Enjoy!

Last December, we walked in about 9:00am on a Saturday morning and were seated immediately.

weve only eaten there after 9 and yes you could walk right in and sit. If youre going in that hour before parks open, id make PS arrangements.

Do try the bread pudding. I go there JUST to get a smal bowl of the bread pudding. It is worth going to Spoodles just for this.

That's good to know, Jody. I'm a major bread pudding fan. I was thinking of getting the family style platter so I can try a little of everything, but I'll be alone so it might be WAY too embarrassing to have them put that big platter in front of me! (Of course, that might not stop me)

When I was there in Dec, KarenNY and I both had the sampler platter. It was great. There was a little bit of everything on it and it was HUGE!! We did not do it justice.

IN Jan, my Dad ordered it and it was too much for him! (I smartened up and just had the bread pudding yummerific!)

I would get the platter again if I wanted to try a bit of everything, but it is a lot of food. (BUt you will love the bread pudding ;))

I would consider calling for a PS just before walking over from the BCV. When we ate breakfast at Spoodles last June, we had to wait about 30 minutes for a table. This was despite the fact that there were many empty tables when we were finally seated (about 10 am on a weekday morning). Apparently they limited the number of people in the restaurant due to staff cutbacks. People with PS who arrived while we were waiting were seated immediately. When I asked at the podium, they said they had added my name to the list at the next open time, but that turned out to be 30 minutes after we arrived.

The staffing situation may have changed now, but it's easy enough to call before leaving your room. Then you can time your walk to coincide with the expected seating time.

Spoodle's is good but also try and make it over to the Yacht Club Galley we like their's a little better.

We tried Spoodles for breakfast for the first time in Dec. and loved it. On our next trip we will be eating dinner and breakfast there.

I must be hungry, I just looked at the menu and it sounds great and I don't even like breakfast. I think we'll have to give this a try.
