Spoodles Bread Pudding Recipe?

I had breakfast at Spoodles in december and had the bread pudding. It was wonderful! It tasted so much like French Toast in a bowl.

Does anyone have a recipe for this? I would love to make it at home.

I contacted spoodles about this recipe and they sent me this.



BREAD PUDDING

5 Cups Danish (torn into small pieces)
1 Cup Vanilla Ice Cream
1 1/2 Cups Heavy Cream
2 Tbs Vanilla
2 Tbs Cinnamon-sugar mixture





Place all the ingredients in a covered container and mix very well
Allow to sit in the refrigerator overnight
Spray a baking dish with cooking spray
Bake for 45 minutes or until golden brown
Serve Warm.


This makes a large amount. You either need two regular cake pans or better yet one the size of a steam table pan.
