My sister and I decided to head down to WDW in January for a girls weekend! It’ll be a quick trip, just 3 days, but it’ll be enough to get our fix! My question is, are they still doing the FP+ incentive for a DVC tour? I’m considering booking a tour, but only if we get the FP+, since we’re there for such a short time and I want to make it worth our time. Thanks!

Being there for such a short time would also mean I'd not want to spend the time it takes for the tour.
That time would very likely not be made up by the shorter time using the FP line for most attractions.

What's more, the "most desirable" rides (with the current longest waiting lines) are not included in the DVC Tour FPs.

But, your question stressed your being there for short trip, therefore, wanting the FastPasses.

I don't see why not.
Just ask when you call (or stop at a DVC kiosk) to arrange the tour.
