Spoke with MS today and change is not showing online ? Normal?

Hi,
I have a 6 day Ressie at Aulani Jan 2-8th one bedroom.
I called today to cancel the first 2 nights.
Does not show up.

I may take an over night system run for it to show up.
Did the reservation show the change? Did you get points back?

It is usually automatic on my dashboard when I make changes myself and when I have used MS.

My old reservation is still showing with full 6 days instead of 4

No same Ressie and no points back...

Have you tried to modify it yourself? It is pretty easy. Just go in, modify it, change the dates, and then follow to the end. Just be sure that you have an email address in as the system can be weird with AUL.

If you dont' see any change by tomorrow, I would try the Chat feature vs. waiting to talk to MS again.

I didn’t and I’m upset I didn’t set my alarm for 8 to try and modify.
I was gonna switch to 2BR avail ystrdy
Now gone at 9am:-(
When I called MS thought it would be easier cause I had borrowed points

The system will pick out the points and order it uses so it's really not difficult to do online. I'd suggest you do that now because it doesn't sound like MS actually completed your request. Very strange but I've never had it not be immediately visible on the website.

2 BR not available now...
I borrowed 93 points to make my Ressie happen 2 days before(ahem walking didn’t work out lol).
So now I can’t get there again before April so I want to rent those 93 points.
But not showing up

Update.
I called MS again today, and they were able to change my reservation. She didn’t understand what happen ystrdy.

Great news is I thought I was stuck with the 93 points I borrowed. But when I dropped the 2 days they use borrowed points 1st so I’m able to bank my points
