Spoke with Dining, Why no Lunch times are showing.

The reason I decide to call Dining is because, I am having problems getting flights, no times were showing. Other post says it's tech problems. So I figure maybe that is what is happening with Lunch times on the Disney site.

So I call Disney Dining and the CM said that they are just starting to book for Nov 2nd and dinner times are release first. For no lunch times to be available, is because they haven't released all of times yet.

The only lunch time I was able to grab was The Plaza for Nov 10th. It is not showing on the Disney site, no times are showing for any Lunches on the site, but calling in I was able to get it.
Epcot still can't wasn't able to be booked for lunch on line or by calling in yet.

So If you are trying to book on line and can't get your times. Call, you might get lucky and they will be showing it. It worked for me
