Just a heads up to anybody who goes to
Meet Anna & Elsa in the parks before seeing Frozen 2 or follows any parks/character social media

the new outfits for character meets are NOT the Adventure outfits seen during fan fest/Disneyland parade filming/most of the marketing for the film but pretty spoilery (especially for Anna) outfits from the end of the film

Glad I saw the movie last night then!

Side note: As I was going to the theater for my showing, another showing had just gotten out. I heard a father talking to his kid about Elsa's new dress and so the movie was officially spoiled (yes, this is a joke though the father talking to his kid did happen).

My friend took her 3 year old son, he was literally melting down because he didn't like Elsa's dress in the marketing materials (or she had taken the pic post movie?). Either way tears were shed....

Thanks for this. Was considering it and I already have a guess but I doubt the rest of the fam does.

I remember waiting to go in the theater to see Empire in 1980. Yep, someone walking out had to blab. Boo, hiss.

At 3 yo, was part of it because Elsa wasn't in the most recognizable dress in all of Disney outside of perhaps Cinderella's? I can defintiely see a kid that age having a meltdown because she's not in her shiny dress from the original and therefore not recognizable.

Anna's probably has a little more leeway, but if it's her outfit at the end she's wearing, I'm going to have to be careful not to spoil it for those in line XD.

I looked at the new M&G dresses this morning, guessed the plot, saw the movie this afternoon and was 100% right. So the dresses are potentially very spoilerous! Don't look if you want to be surprised.

Hahaha, you can tell my DD is an adult now and I'm out of the loop; when I first glanced at the title I wondered "Who has sent out a recall notice?" Yeah, I know that'd be "meat" but still... made me chuckle.
Sorry about the changes, though. DD's ballet company did a production of "Little Mermaid" based on the book, not the Disney version. There were many confused/upset children over the use of different names, no Ursula, no Ariel/red hair, etc. I get it.

So ... not Frozen Meat then ... phew. We did see the movie last night, not sure how the dress would spoil but I won't say anything about it. Found it to be a technically superior sequel with a little more cogent storyline but inferior soundtrack. I thought wardrobe throughout the film was fantastic.

After this thread I got super curious and spoiled myself by looking up new meet and greet pictures, and it's the whole package of what they're wearing now that is the spoiler, not just the dress. Though seeing the pics actually prompted me to go see the film today, which I probably wouldn't have otherwise.
