I don't remember enjoying and laughing so much in a movie. I really don't.

We just got back, LOVE IT!

We have to wait how long before #3? I want more rum, I mean Pirates!

My 14 yo was going off. She was nuts, saying there had better be a third poc or she would be really angry.
She loved every minute of it and I'm now calling her Elizabeth. :teeth:

Loved it too! Went straight to the Disney Store at the Mall of America to load up on plunder! :thumbsup2 Then of course hit disneyshopping.com to look at stuff but they have a poor selection unfortunately. Thank heavens we only have to wait a year for part 3!
How is the selection or saturation of PotC stuff at WDW? Anyone know?

So there is already a 3 in the works?

saw it tonight and enjoyed it, although not as much as the first. Agree with some that thought there was just too much going on. Thought they should have done either the cages rolling or the water wheel, maybe not both - and thought there was too much of the Kraken attacking..but that's just me. There was alot of commotion in the theater over the ending - I was like "duh, I knew Barbossa was in this one but it hadn't occurred to me I hadn't seen him yet"....stayed for the end of the VERY long credits...can't believe how few people did stay (less than 10% of our audience), after the original POC ending...thought it was cute, but liked what happened after POC1 much better. Glad I went, will be seeing it again after it hits our drive-in....enjoyed it alot but it just doesn't compare to the first for me. pirate:

It is going to be far too long a wait for number 3!!!! pirate:

"Look! (shoots) an undead monkey!!!!!!"

Sure is - they have already filmed part of it and will finish filming this fall and is rumored to be released around Memorial Day weekend 2007 pirate:

We went to see it today too and loved it and I am now impatiently waiting for #3 :teeth:

Yes, "Pirates of the Caribbean: World's End" resumes filming next month. They started production immediately after Dead Man's Chest. I know they had a lot of issues with security and theft while filming wherever they were. Not sure if that caused the break in production, but one of the actor's hotel room was broken into. I also read somewhere that when asked about the release date at the premier, Bruckheimer said Memorial Day 2007, so we have less than a year! (Thankfully!)
