Not sure where to post this and webmasters, please move if you can find a better home.:D

We are thinking about planning a WDW trip, but would also like to take in Sea World and possibly Discovery Cove and I've submitted a quote to Dreams Unlimited.

Has anyone ever done this? Is it difficult or a hassle to do? Is it worth doing?

Any opinions or comments welcome.

Thanks in advance.:D

Last year we did WDW and Universal/IOA. We stayed onsite WDW for 5 days and 3 days at the Doubletree Castle near Universal. It worked out great and felt kind of like having two vacations.

This year I'm doing 3 days in the Universal area and will be going to Sea World during that leg of the trip. The other 6 will either be all onsite Disney or half onsite half off but in the Disney area.

I rent a car so its not a big deal to change hotels.

My husband and I stayed on site last year and took one day out to go to sea world. Mears offers transportation to sea world and universal for about $12.00 per person.
Enjoy your trip. :)

Go to Discovery Cove! It is incredible! If you go to the Seaworld Discovery Cove board there is a question there.. Discovery Cove--s it worth it? and my trip report is there.

My husband loves Sea world, and I enjoy it as well. There is a Lynx bus that you can take from the ticket and transportation cetner that drops you off right near the Seaworld parking lot --and that is only like $2.00 a person, and like only a 20 minute drive from the TTC.

Discovery Cove is amazing, and remember with that you get a 7 day pass for free for Seaworld.

Thanks for the replies! I usually do my vacation planning through a travel agent, but am trying to do this on my own....or almost on my own as I have contacted Dreams Unlimited for the WDW portion!

Cindy, I sent you a PM.
